Article 22 – Records and Reports of the USATF Southern California Association By-Laws states in part, “Such minutes and accounting books and records shall be open to inspection upon the written demand of any member of this Association at any reasonable time during usual business hours, for a purpose reasonably related to such member’s interest as a member of this Association.”
