The USATF Southern California Association Office Assistant will act as assistant to the Office Manager and will handle the administrative duties as directed by the Office Manager. Duties include, but are not limited to:
- Answering phones
- Monitoring and responding to emails
- Providing service to members and vendors
- Data entry and database upkeep
- Filing
- Internet research
Knowledge of the following programs is required:
- Microsoft Excel
- Microsoft Word
- Internet Search Engines
Familiarity with the following is desirable:
- G Suite
- Quickbooks
- Microsoft Powerpoint
- Bookkeeping
The following skills are required:
- Communicating clearly
- Maintaining a positive and pleasant demeanor
- Performing work in an organized manner
- Multitasking and being flexible
- Performing research tasks
- Typing 30 WPM
The selected candidate will need to obtain a USATF Membership, pass an NCSI Background Screen, and complete a Safesport Course.
