Deadlines – Track & Field Submissions:

  • The deadline to submit your “Team Nomination” form in accordance with the process stated above will be November 15, 2024.
  • The deadline to submit “First Place Finisher” nominations in accordance with the process stated above will be November 15, 2024.
  • The deadline to submit “Athlete of the Year” nominations in accordance with the process stated above will be November 15, 2024.
  • Any nominations submitted beyond the deadline will not be considered for processing; and will not be the responsibility of the Banquet Committee.

To submit “Team Nominations, First Place Finisher, and Athlete of the Year” please complete the Team Nomination form and submit it to [email protected].

Deadlines – Cross Country Submissions:

  • The deadline to submit your “Team Nomination” form in accordance with the process stated above will be December 19, 2024.
  • The deadline to submit “First Place Finisher” nominations in accordance with the process stated above will be December 19, 2024.
  • The deadline to submit “Athlete of the Year” nominations in accordance with the process stated above will be December 19, 2024.
  • Any nominations submitted beyond the deadline will not be considered for processing; and will not be the responsibility of the Banquet Committee.

Important Notes To Read:

  1. If your athletes compete in both Track & Field and Cross Country, who you plan on nominating for AOY and or Team nominations; you may submit the specific athlete competing in both Track & Field & Cross Country, AOY form by no later than December 19, 2024.
  2. All other athletes NOT competing in Cross Country, the AOY form must be submitted by November 15, 2024.
  3. Team Nomination Awards are presented and issued with the expectation that the athlete will attend the banquet.
  4. Please include a high-quality headshot photo of your AOY nominee with the submission of the AOY form. (See photo details below)

Banquet Tickets & Seating:

Once tickets become available for sale, they are sold on a first-come, first-served basis. Seating is arranged by those that pay first, also considering our effort to group teams together, as arrangements permit. We do not place tickets on hold and/or reserve tickets with the exception to guest speakers. Once tickets are sold out, we cannot offer any additional tickets. We encourage teams and individuals to communicate and work together to sell and/or exchange tickets with each other in the event someone has unused tickets. The banquet is now cashless, and no cash payments will be accepted. There are no additional fees for credit/debit card usage for ticket purchase.

Ticket Deadlines:

We will require all clubs and unattached athletes to provide their final ticket number request by 12/19/24.

Photo Submission:

Teams are permitted to submit up to 20 photos and unattached athletes can submit up to 4 photos.
Photos should be submitted as follows:

  • jpeg format.
  • files should be the equivalent of a 4×6 photo or larger
  • Photos should be at least 1 MB in size.
  • Scanned photos should be scanned in at least 300dpi
  • Anything that has KB behind it is too small (931KB)
  • Do not put photos in a collage form or mix photos together into one photo.

Photo Deadlines:
