Meeting Information

  • 2016 USATF So Cal Annual Meeting Information (PDF)
  • 10:00am – 12:00noon – New This Year! Pre-election informational an opportunity to ask questions regarding our election procedures, club processing, individual membership applications, sanctions or other operations and service related matters or signup to volunteer.
  • 12:30pm – 2:00pm: Electorate Sign-In for elections.
  • 2:00pm: Call to Order by Association President.

Eligible Voters

The minimum age for any voting delegate shall be 18. Each person may vote only once, regardless of how many voting positions within the association the person occupies. Except for membership renewals from the previous year; all voting delegates must be USATF members in the month which ends more than one full month preceding the meeting at which voting is taking place.

Memberships must be obtained by 09/01/2016. Renewing memberships from 2015 are not subject
to the 30 day membership requirement and may present proof of renewal on day of election.

2017 Deadlines

  • AOY Nominations, Team Nominations and Unattached Athletes Nominations: September 21, 2016.
  • All Cross Country Nominations for Club, Team Nominations, and Unattached Athletes Nominations: December 17, 2016.
  • Note: Only if your athletes compete in both Track & Field and Cross Country, you may submit your team nomination by no later than December 17th.
